Ursina Tossi (Choreographer/Dancer) from Hamburg and Irene Kepl (Violin/Composition) from Vienna together will explore the different dimensions of the acoustic and the visual field.Read more

Movement as chain of events
As part of our residential program each master student has a week to work with a number of 3rd year bachelor dancer maker students of the ArtEZ School of Dance.
During the research intensive we will look at movement as chain of events. Starting from the observation and analysis of the condition(s) that exist before physical movement, we will use physical manipulation as a means to give another body information and learn about its articulation towards a possible reinvention of its organization.Read more

The event, in which cooking and dancing, eating and discussing form one performative event, will be served in various localities in Israel from Jerusalem to Haifa to Tel Aviv. The piece was shown during the summer of 2013 in ten houses throughout Israel – in the city and in the village, in the North and in the South, in the centre and in the periphery

On Dec. 2nd the ArtEZ Master of Choreography celebrated its 11 years with the publication Inventing Futures, doing and thinking artistic research with(in) the Master of Choreography Programme of ArtEZ. Artists, in which current and former students, and theorists reflect on themes and notions that have emerged in the program as particularly challenging and productive, namely latency, constraint, collaboration, failure and trust.Read more
